Environmental Working Group (EWG) are the experts in health and the environment and each year they update the lists for the most heavily pesticide-sprayed crops, known as the Dirty Dozen (try to buy organic for those!) and the Clean Fifteen, which are usually safe to buy conventional. Choosing to buy organic for the Dirty Dozen produce only is a great way to save on your grocery bill!
