This is my favorite sauce of all time! I love to have it on hand to drizzle on veggies, salads, chicken or fish. It is loaded with superfoods like garlic, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast and olive oil. If you haven’t heard of nutritional yeast it is such a great addition to foods to give it a nutty cheese-like flavor, but it’s a clean dairy-free ingredient. It’s a great source of protein, fiber and B vitamins.
Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free
Makes 1 cup
- 3 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Blend all ingredients in food processor except olive oil. Slowly add in olive oil. This can also be done in a small blender by adding half the oil in, blending, then adding the rest and blending again. Store in glass container for several days in refrigerator. Enjoy!
